Situated on over three acres, this charming, custom mid-century home was updated by Shelton in 2019. The lower level family room with wooded views and attached patio was outdated and narrow. A 9' addition was proposed, as well as new polished concrete floors, updated interior finishes, and a redesign of the existing stone planter, entertainment area, and fish pond.
