RYAN (DEWEY) BELL

Ryan "Dewey" Bell has spent 11 years with Shelton, growing from the ground up into his current role as a Lead Carpenter. Born and raised in Pittsburgh, Dewey comes from a family of tradesmen. His father was a contractor, and with four brothers, the trade was simply part of life growing up. He trained at the Home Builders Institute, building a foundation in basic electrical, carpentry, and plumbing before focusing his career in carpentry.

What keeps him engaged after over a decade in the field is the variety. No two days look the same, and every project brings new experiences and new skills to learn. Dewey has a particular love for trim work, especially stain-grade finishes, where the quality of the material and the precision of the work really stand out.
