John Hill has been part of Shelton since its very beginning, bringing nearly three decades of construction experience to the team. He appreciates the variety of his job and has always preferred being outside and tackling something different each day, the kind of work that keeps you on your toes.

John is an exceptionally skilled carpenter whose expertise spans every phase of construction, with particular depth in framing and complex structural work. Through years of leading challenging renovations, additions, and ground-up projects, he has become Shelton's most senior field leader. John sets the standard for site efficiency, craftsmanship, problem-solving, and professionalism - an approach that has helped shape how all Shelton field crews work today.
