NATHAN SCOTT

Nathan Scott is a Lead Carpenter at Shelton, a title he earned just one year into his tenure with the company, now five years and counting. After earning a BA from Evergreen State College in Washington, Nathan worked for a furniture builder and refurbisher, drawn to the simple satisfaction of making things. His career took him through a cabinet shop and a custom engraving and trophy shop before he found his way back to building at Shelton.

Nathan is a strong problem-solver and brings a steady, collaborative presence to every job site. His favorite part of the job is seeing clients get excited about the work being done and the opportunity to contribute to something substantial every day. A Pittsburgh native, Nathan lives with his wife, their kid, a dog, two cats, and a flock of chickens.
