NICHOLAS NAJANICK

Nicholas graduated at the top of his trade school class in 2013 and spent years building his field experience before joining Shelton in 2020 as an apprentice. He has since worked his way up to Project Manager, helping deliver fully integrated projects where every detail — from design and permitting to craftsmanship and construction — is handled in-house. His hands-on field experience gives him a practical understanding of both the construction process and the level of precision required to execute residential projects at the highest standard.

With a strong background in hardwood flooring and finish carpentry, he brings technical expertise and accountability to every project he oversees. Outside of work, Nicholas is a man of faith and a devoted husband who carries the same values of integrity and genuine care into everything he does.
