ROY FAUST

Roy Faust is a Lead Carpenter with 25 years in the industry, seven of them with Shelton. His path started with a civil engineering degree from Geneva College and an entrepreneurial streak that led him to a painting contracting business before deciding to expand his skills beyond painting and into the broader trade. Since then, Roy has built a specialty in finishing work, though he genuinely enjoys the whole arc of a project, from breaking ground to the final details. He's especially drawn to the collaborative side of design-build, working closely with the design team and alongside fellow carpenters out in the field.

Roy has lived throughout Pennsylvania, including time in Harrisburg and Philadelphia, and now calls Trafford home with his wife of 21 years and their three boys. Together, they love spending time outdoors, fishing and playing sports as a family.
