Nestled between restaurants and bars in downtown Pittsburgh’s Cultural District, this former Subway sandwich shop was reimagined as Whisper, an intimate wine bar and small plates spot, perfect for a glass while you wait for a table or before a show. A soaring wine wall, monochromatic crown, custom bar casework, and layered, dimmable lighting throughout helped achieved a cozy and enveloping atmosphere in a tight footprint.
