A full interior renovation of a 1926 Oakland apartment, including dining, kitchen, living, primary suite, sitting room, and gym, kept the building’s original character intact while modernizing every finish. Highlights include custom plaster mouldings and herringbone oak floors; a commercial-grade kitchen; imported wallcoverings in the primary suite; and finish carpentry, flooring, and tile, all installed by our own team of craftspeople. The design is anchored in the building’s prewar bones and guided by the unit’s skyline views.
